How to Order
You can purchase online via website or contact us through WA: 081289392512 or IG: @ninjaskin.id
Please input a working Phone number when checking out as we will contact you to confirm and updates the status of your order.
We only accept payment using Manual Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD).
When chosing Manual Bank Transfer, please input the Order ID# in the description of your transfer and send a screenshot of the proof of transaction to our WA (081289392512) to quicken the confirmation process.
For Delivery outside of Java, please contact us prior to making the payment to confirm the additional cost for shipping.
Your orders will be shipped 1-2 Business Days after the payment has been confirmed and we provide updates via Whatsapp.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for Java Area.

Return / Exchange Policy
All purchases made from NINJASKIN are final.
For Defective Products we require photo evidence of the defect and the delivery packaging to us within 3 days of purchase, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
To be eligible for exchange, we required that the item in particular must be in the original packaging with the tag and accessories in tact. We only accept exchanges for the same model purchased and we will send you the new product once we received proof of delivery / Tracking ID of the return product. All cost incurred for the exchange will be paid by you.
